The OWNER and the SIGNATORY – physical persons agree the Certification Services Provider (CSProvider) to collect, keep, copy and process their personal data and declare that they are aware of the CSProvider’s activities – for their needs in the capacity of CSProvider, information services, cryptographic and consultant services; they will process, copy and keep the information in both electronic format and on paper; giving personal data from the framework given by EDESA is obligatory; these data can be only forwarded to the Registering Authority of CSProvider Spektar AD, controlling officers of CSProvider and CRC; access to personal data for application for changes is only done by the Registering Authority of CSProvider Spektar AD via the address, given in the CSProvider’s website http://www.spektar.org SIGNATURE of: 1.
