1. Initial one-time registration in the certificates application system
To initiate the application process with possibility to follow the status during issuance and management of your certificate you have to register in the system of the CSProvider, access to which is realized through secured SSL session from the server.
- Fill in the full name of the Signatory for whom the certificate is issued;
- Fill in the e-mail address which will be shown in the certificate.
(the postal server supporting the declared e-mail address has to have SMTP/POP3/IMAP access)
At the moment of registration the system automatically generates your REGISTRATION NUMBER and initial code to access the system. The initial access code and registration number are sent automatically to the e-mail address stated by you at registration.
2. Change of initial access code
Check the e-mail address you stated at your registration and change the initial access code from your personal profile.
3. Download and submission of documents
After you have chosen your certificate type fill in the necessary documents listed in the table in the document. Fill in your REGISTRATION NUMBER in the application for certificate and in the contract at the places needed. Print all documents, sign and notarize them and send them via mail to: Spektar AD, Registration Authority.
4. Check of documents in the registration authority of the CSProvider
The Registration Authority (RA) of the CSProvider initiates a procedure for checking presence of all required documents and authenticity of the filled in information.
5. Check of the user’s data input by the RA
From your personal profile you can follow the stages in the Process status field and participate in the process from the Management field.
6. Supply of smart cards and readers
Smart cards and readers can be bought from the suppliers approved by the CSProvider. For questions concerning purchase, installment and settings please contact the supplier.
7. Generation of the private-public key pair and creation of the electronic application
If you agree with the input data proceed to generation of the private-key pair and creation of the electronic application for the particular certificate by following the on-screen instructions.
8. Check of the electronic application in the registration authority of the CSProvider
When you have paid for the service and the authenticity of the electronic application has been established the RA verifies the validity of the application and initiates a procedure for certificate issuance.
9. Download of the requested certificate
From your personal profile proceed to download your certificate by following the on-screen instructions.
